KREATOR

VIOLENT REVOLUTION

REVIEW:

Old thrash metal veterans remember their roots and always offer us strong albums. Kreator is no exception with their latest “Violent Revolution“. For most of “Endorama“ was not satisfying at all with their gothic direction but this album heftier and a lot more solid from beginning to end. There are some beautifully done compositions here that are powerful and melodic at the same time.

Some of the highlights are the brutal opener, “Reconquering the Throne“ and also the haunting “Replicas of Life“. The title-track and “All of the Same Blood“ are two very fine examples of old-school thrash! “Violent“ also shows that the new man on guitar , Sami Yli-Sirnoi, has been very well integrated into the band and shows up brilliantly on every track.

This album definitely contains everything that Kreator stands for in the new millennium!
